By participating, you release ELVT365 Academy and its coaches from liability for any injuries or health issues that may arise from your participation in our programs.

 

4. Coaching & Program Access

 

When you sign up for coaching or a challenge (free or paid):

• You will receive access to materials through platforms like Everfit, Wix, or other channels we specify.

• Access is personal and non-transferable.

• Sharing your login or content with others is strictly prohibited.

 

We may update, modify, or remove content to maintain program quality without prior notice.

 

5. Payments & Refunds

 

All paid services (e.g., coaching subscriptions, meal plans, or premium programs):

• Must be paid in full or by agreed installments before access begins.

• Are billed securely through approved payment providers (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe, or Everfit).

 

Refunds:

• Free challenges and digital downloads are non-refundable.

• Coaching programs may include a partial refund only if requested within 7 days of purchase and before any personalized plan is delivered.

• After program delivery or 1:1 communication begins, no refunds are available.

 

6. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. 

Your success depends on consistency, adherence, and effort.

We do not guarantee specific weight loss, muscle gain, or body composition outcomes.

 

7. Communication & Marketing

 

By signing up, you consent to receive communication via email, text, or social media from ELVT365 Academy related to coaching updates, accountability, and offers.

You can unsubscribe or opt out at any time.
